Mahogany Single Empire Bed

This tall mahogany poster bed will accommodate a standard twin or single size mattress and box springs.  The posts are covered in deeply carved acanthus leaves.  The headboard measures 66.5″ tall and the footboard is 55″ tall.  This handsome bed retains its original finish, which is in very good to excellent condition.  The bed is extremely tight and sturdy when set up.  There are no breaks or repairs.  We currently have several chests and dressers that would greatly compliment this bed.
